After high school, I spent a few years in the restaurant business, but eventually felt called into the teaching profession.  Upon completion of my education I began teaching in public schools, but after a few years I felt a void that continued to grow.  The Lord led me to a Christian school, and I immediately realized what that void was.  Christ was not in the center and was not being lifted up.  It is so exciting to be able to plant spiritual seeds in the lives of young people, right along with and woven into the other areas of their education.  Parents have entrusted their children to us, and with God’s help we can have such a powerful influence in their lives, teaching them how to glorify God in all that they do. 

            At Mesilla Valley Christian Schools we are committed to Christ-centered education.  We promote self-discipline, leadership, performance, and teamwork among staff, students, and parents.  It is our goal to help students excel to the best of their God-given abilities.

I believe Christian Education gives children a great foundation for life.

Matthew 10:14-16  … He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.
