Steps To Employment

Request or download application (After
viewing available positions).

Review printed materials or website.

Complete
application and send to MVCS with an official copy of your transcript.
(Note:
photo copies of official are acceptable for pre-interview application.)

If application is selected, you will be contacted for a telephone interview.

Candidate must complete Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis Test.
(Note:
MVCS will provide information for this step.)
If candidate is
selected, then an on-campus interview will be conducted.
Full-time
employees are eligible for Health and Dental insurance through the school.
A retirement plan is available after one year of service, a graduate tuition
assistance plan, ten sick days (three of which can be used for personal days), a pay
back program for unused sick days, and a 100% tuition waiver for full-time teacher's
children are all a part of the package at MVCS. MVCS also provides two (paid) professional
leave days per year. |
